When I left my native Canada to start a restaurant in the U.S., the decision to open a fine dining seafood restaurant in Naples, Florida came naturally. The lush tropical locale, the friendly people, and the abundance of fresh, local seafood — straight from the nearby Gulf of Mexico – formed an incomparable combination my wife and I could not resist.
Nathalie and I pride ourselves on our passion for delicious food, our attention to outstanding customer service, and the lasting relationships we have formed with our loyal clientele over the last 15 years at USS Nemo.
Try the Sea Bass
Fine seafood dining at USS Nemo reflects the sophisticated palette of our multi-national visitors to Naples and our year-round resident customers. Like our “signature dish,” the MISO BROILED SEA BASS with citrus-ginger butter sauce, the entrée The New York Times called “almost worth a trip to Naples in and of itself.” …Or our GROUPER “MIXED GRILL” with grilled calamari and shrimp, asparagus, fennel, grilled tomato sauce, feta, and balsamic glaze… Or USS Nemo’s SEARED U-8 DIVER SCALLOPS with steamed clams, creamy sweet corn sauce, pork belly, roasted vegetables, and pearl couscous.
Of course we have a page on our menu devoted to delicious meat dishes, as well as Pan-Asian vegetarian plates and unique salad entrées.
